We process personal data as part of the "Zeta Platform" partner programme of Zeta Gastro. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The personal data we process includes

Surname, first name and contact details of the partner

Data on the customers recommended by the partner

Partner's bank details for the payment of remuneration

We process this data in order to follow up on the partner's recommendations and pay the remuneration. The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual relationship with the partner.

 

3. FORWARDING OF DATA

We only pass on personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual relationship with the partner. In particular, we pass on the data to our bank for the transfer of remuneration.

 

 

4. STORAGE PERIOD

 

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the fulfilment of the contractual relationship with the partner. As soon as the contractual relationship has ended, the data will be deleted, unless there are statutory retention obligations.

 

 

 

5. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The partner has the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of their personal data as well as the right to data portability at any time. The partner can contact us at any time to exercise these rights.

The partner also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates data protection regulations.
